Often when it comes to skincare, we think too big in the small term but too small in the long term. What do I mean by this? We often start to use a product, but if it doesn’t offer instant results within a week, we discontinue using it before the product has a chance to work. Real change will happen but often on a scale gradually over a few months. Our recommended skin routine
If you have any pre-existing dermatological conditions, then please check with your dermatologist before using any of the recommended products. However one of the main reasons I recommend the Skinpep range is that the vast majority of all their products are paraben, alcohol, perfume and artificial dye free. This makes them suitable for most skin types.
Morning :
- Cleanse: SkinPep Revitalising Cleansing Foam).
- Condition: SkinPep Wrinkle Clear Growth Factor Serum for tightening fine lines or Hydra Boost – Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum for dry skin).
- Protect: SkinPep Hydra-Sun Defence SPF 30 + SkinPep Super C15 Serum.
Night:
- Cleanse (Skinpep Revitalising Cleansing Foam).
- Condition (Skinpep Wrinkle Clear Growth Factor Serum or Skinpep Hydra Boost – Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum for dry skin).
Additional treatment step ONCE A WEEK after cleansing before bed use Ultra Retinold 0.5% Serum then wait a minimum of 30 minutes before applying the conditioning stage.
