In June, we hosted our Invisalign open event using a 3D tooth scanner. The 3D scanner allows you to see how your teeth could look after Invisalign teeth straightening (orthodontic) treatment. Invisalign is an innovative system that uses clear, removable aligners that straighten your teeth little by little to achieve your straighter, more desired smile. No metal wires, gentle, discreet and easy to clean!

The use of the 3D scanner allows us to scan your teeth in around 10 minutes and creates a detailed digital impression. This digital impression is almost the same as having a traditional impression in the dental chair but without the mess!
The scanner system then uses an algorithm to determine how Invisalign treatment would be able to move your teeth and gives you a before and after image of the treatment. This is a brilliant way to physically see how the treatment can alter your smile for the better.
Our clinicians can then determine how long this treatment would take and give you a detailed treatment plan if you want to proceed to a new straighter smile.
