North Street Dental is committed to providing an effective, reliable referral service for dental colleagues to enhance the care of their patients. It is our policy to collaborate closely with those who wish to use this service and always undertake to return patients on completion of treatment.

North Street Dental and Implant Clinic Referrals Charter
- To always return patients to the referring dentist
- To contact referred patients within two clear working days
- To produce a comprehensive treatment plan and share it with the referring dentist
- To return patients’ and dentists’ calls within 24 hours if they have any queries
- To discuss and agree to all costs with the patient before any treatment begins
- To present the patient with a fully itemised invoice
- To carry out treatment only per instructions from the referring dentist
- To provide full medical notes made during the treatment process
- To welcome dental colleagues who may wish to see our facilities and meet the staff
