Change for most of us is never that easy, especially when it involves taking on a new dentist. We understand how difficult it can be and want to assure you that your patient journey with us will always be a priority.

We are fiercely proud of the clinical abilities we have all under one roof – general dentistry, cosmetic and implant therapies, and the Denture Clinic specialism.

At our Dudley based dental clinic, we have our on-site laboratory and our own technicians which enables us to be extremely particular about quality.

You’ll find us relaxed, accessible, thorough, creative and family-friendly. Our primary goal is to help you meet your aspirations. But we desire to do more – to change your concept of ‘going to the dentist’ forever.

Your first dental consultation will allow us to detect and diagnose any dental problems you may have. We can then suggest the treatments required to get you back to optimum oral health.

New patients can access our great value dental plans, our treatments are available with interest free credit 0% APR over the first twelve months.

We respect your right to choose what treatment you would like, and we’ll never rush you into making a decision. Often we will advise a period of ‘thinking time’ if the problems are not acute.

You will be required to fill in a form that will help profile your general health, and you’ll be required to share with us details of existing medical conditions, allergies and medication regimes.

So what do we offer our new patients and what makes us different?

Time – Many new patients are surprised at the amount of time we invest in consultations and treatment. We always try our very best and are never rushed. Central to any treatment are your wishes, your goals and any concerns you may have. We want to give you the time to question us and for our clinicians to answer as comprehensively as possible.

Complete dental examination – We will assess the health of your teeth, gums and soft tissues of your mouth. You will get an appraisal and advice on possible future treatment. In that examination, we will check the stability of any old fillings and crowns you have.

Tissue screening – We will examine the soft tissues of your mouth, and this includes a visual cancer check.

Attention to gums – Gum disease is the biggest single reason for adult tooth loss in Dudley and the West Midlands. If we do find any problems, we will advise on a suitable course of treatment.

X-rays or 3-D scan – If clinically appropriate we will seek your permission to explore deeper any problems you may have. These may involve digital dental scans or X-rays.

Addressing fears – Being fearful of the dentist is very common, more so than you’d probably realise. We have specialist training to help those who are dental phobic. Already a good number of patients who, once afraid of the dentist, have helped become our friends. Read our page on ‘afraid of the dentist‘ for more details.

As a very nervous patient I find the atmosphere and treatment at North Street second to none. All of the staff are most welcoming and make the whole experience comfortable and stress free. Any treatment is explained thoroughly so that you understand what is happening and why. Covid precautions are thorough and I have no qualms about visiting the surgery.
