What is cosmetic dentistry?

Cosmetic dentistry generally deals with the appearance, rather than the health of teeth, although these two things are not mutually exclusive.

For example, let’s take the case of our regular general dentistry white fillings. We can consider white fillings as cosmetic because they look better than amalgam fillings. But at the same time are also healthier because they require less removal of tooth structure.
